on Wanderers 2 Arsenal 1 (Premier League) TEN-MEN Arsenal produced a memorable second half fight back to snatch victory and keep alive their faint title hopes.
A first half brace from Matthew Taylor coupled with Abou Diaby's red card, left Arsene Wenger's men with a mountain to climb in the second period.
But a William Gallas volley and a Robin Van Persie penalty set up a thrilling finish, that ended with the Gunners snatching a dramatic stoppage time winner after Jlloyd Samuel put through his own net The visitors started brighly, but Taylor headed Bolton in front from following a great cross from the right by Gretar Steinsson on 14 minutes.
Diaby was then given his marching orders by ref Chris Foy after clattering Steinsson with a late tackle.
And matters went from bad to worse for the north Londoners two minutes before the break, when Taylor's low drive flew in off Gallas.
The Gunners were handed a lifeline in the 63rd minute, when Gallas lashed home Cesc Febregas' corner.
And just six minutes later Wenger's men were level, when Van Persie held his nerve to smash home from the penalty spot after Alexander Hleb was sent crashing over in the box by Gary Cahill.
Arsenal squandered a couple of good efforts notably through Van Persie to snatch the points, although they were eventually spared in stoppage time when Febregas' deflected shot cannoned in off Samuel.
