A MISSING teenager has been spotted in Waltham Forest, police say.
Chantal Fletcher, 15, from Dagenham, has been missing since March 3.
In the last two weeks there have been two sightings of Chantal, in Walthamstow and Chingford.
Chantal is black, slim, with brown eyes and straight black hair which is usually worn up.
