THE jury has retired to consider its verdict in the case of seven teenagers accused of murdering Leytonstone teenager Paul Erhahon.
The Old Bailey heard Paul, 14, was stabbed in the heart with a 7 inch sword during an unprovoked attack by a 17-strong gang.
It is alleged that his killers were young gang members who wanted to "earn their spurs" by doing the bidding of their elders.
Paul's 15-year-old friend was also stabbed but survived during the incident in the foyer of flats on Good Friday last year.
