Mental Health. For many people, it's a subject to avoid. Especially for parents and their children.
So lets look at the bigger picture;
*Eating Disorders.
*Self Harm.
*Depression.
*Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
All common mental health 'issues' within young society today. All very real.
An estimated 3,000 people in the UK suffer from eating disorders. All very real.
10% of admissions to UK wards are as a result of self-harm. All very real.
12% of men and 20-25% of women suffer from diagnosable depression. All very real.
1 in 50 of people in Britain suffer from a form of OCD. All very real.
It's all very real. Throw away the taboo. Get real.
