CCTV images show suspected fly-tippers appearing to dump rubbish in the street.
Redbridge Council has released the image on its 'Wall of Shame' - with eight images this month showing people apparently caught on camera ditching their rubbish in the borough.
The council has called upon the community to help identify a furniture dumping duo and others pictured at or near the scene of fly-tipping.
A spokesperson for Redbridge Council said: “CCTV footage released for the November edition of Redbridge Wall of Shame shows eight clips of fly-tippers selfishly discarding their rubbish on the street - creating an eyesore in the local community with their mess.
“In the footage the law-breakers, who face a £400 fixed penalty notice if caught, can be seen leaving broken bits of furniture on the street, as well as leaving bags of rubbish by bins, which is also fly-tipping.
“Since its launch Redbridge Wall of Shame has been empowering local people to join the fight against fly-tipping and help bring grime crime offenders to justice by reporting anyone they can identify from the clips.”
The council advises people to head to Redbridge Wall of Shame to view footage of the offenders from the November edition.
Redbridge Wall of Shame forms part of the council’s ongoing work under its Our Streets strategy to create a cleaner Redbridge.
The council says it will fine or prosecute any individual or business caught dumping rubbish in the borough.
Redbridge Council has asked anyone who can identify the people in CCTV images to contact them at Cleansing.Services@redbridge.gov.uk
