A teenage boy is fighting for his life in hospital after he was stabbed in broad daylight while riding the bus.
Police were called at 3.18pm yesterday (Tuesday, March 21) to reports of an injured male aboard a bus at Blackhorse Lane at the junction with Sutton Road.
Officers attended and the teenage boy was found suffering knife injuries.

He was taken by the London Ambulance Service to an east London hospital.
He remains there in a critical condition and a crime scene also remains in place.
A spokesperson for the Met said: "At this early stage there have been no arrests and we retain an open mind concerning motive.
"Officers from North East Command investigate."
