Two police officers were injured after attending a call-out to reported trouble on a Walthamstow bus.
Police were called at around 10.30pm on Wednesday, May 31 to reports of two people refusing to leave a bus and anti-social behaviour on the vehicle in Selborne Road.
The officers attended the scene and were allegedly assaulted whilst attempting to detain those involved, according to the Met.

One of the officers was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.
A second officer was treated for minor injuries.
Two 16-year-old boys have been arrested on suspicion of assault on an emergency worker.

A 54-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.
All three remain in police custody.
Ch Supt Simon Crick said: “Three people have been arrested in connection with this incident. We will continue offer support to the officers involved.”
