Police and forensics investigators were pictured at the scene of a death on a bridge over a major road.
The images show emergency services presence on the bridge after a woman fell to her death onto the North Circular Road in South Woodford.
Officers from the Metropolitan Police attended with the London Ambulance Service and the London Air Ambulance.
A Met spokesperson said: "Police were called at 5.31pm on Friday, December 8 to reports that a woman had fallen from a bridge over the A406 near Charlie Brown's Roundabout [...]
"Despite the efforts of emergency services, a woman aged in her late 30s, died at the scene. "
Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances surrounding her death, and next of kin have been informed.
