Hordes of day trippers stream out of the train station on Station Road in North Chingford on May Day Bank Holiday in 1903.
They had travelled to sample the delights of Epping Forest and enjoy the refreshments on offer from the many tea shops and retreats in the area at that time.
Spot the steam engine on its own at the end of the line.
