The man who died after being stabbed in the neck in Waltham Forest has been named.
The incident happened on Thursday (April 18) and came to light when Metropolitan Police were called at around 11.51pm to reports of a fight at South Birkbeck Road, Leytonstone.
Officers found a man with stab injuries at the scene and provided emergency first aid alongside paramedics from the London Ambulance Service. Despite their best efforts, he was pronounced dead.

The man has been identified as 23-year-old Petro Bebko of Leytonstone and Met Police said his family has been informed of his death.
A post mortem exhibition held on April 19 revealed the cause of death as a stab wound to the neck.
A 34-year-old man, Mykola Yakymets, also of South Birkbeck Road was arrested at his address. On Sunday (April 21), he was charged with Petro’s murder.
Yakymetsis will appear in custody at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Monday (April 22).
