THIS chilling video appears to show the moment a suspected crossbow killer left the scene of a triple murder.

Footage shows a man in a nearby road to Ashlyn Close, Bushey, at around 7pm last night.

He calmly walked to a car with something hidden - thought to be a crossbow - under a white sheet. After carefully looking around he gets in the car and drives off.

Herts Police were called to a property in Ashlyn Close, Bushey, just before 7pm yesterday alongside the East of England Ambulance Service, and found three women with fatal injuries upon arrival.

Officers have since launched a manhunt for 26-year-old Kyle Clifford who is wanted in connection with the murders. It is thought that he could still be in possession of a crossbow and may be in the Hertfordshire or north London areas.

The victims are believed to be the family of Five Live racing commentator John Hunt.

It is believed mother Carol, 61, and daughters Louise, 25, and Hannah, 28, were found fatally injured at their detached home.

In the footage, taken from a nearby road, a man can be seen slowly walking out of an alleyway with a long object, covered in what appears to be a white sheet, under his arm.

He is then seen unlocking a car, placing the object and a backpack in the back, and then walking around the vehicle before getting in and driving off.

Herts Police have urged anyone who sees Kyle Clifford, who is from the Enfield area, not to approach him but to call 999 “straight away”.

Information can be reported online at herts.police.uk/report, or by calling the non-emergency number 101, quoting Op Infauna.

Anonymous information can be shared by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 55 111.
