A man from Waltham Forest has been accused of attempted murder following a stabbing at Notting Hill Carnival.
Rumarni Tuitt, 18, was charged with the offence on August 28 and possession of a bladed article.
He appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court yesterday (August 29) where he was remanded to appear at the Old Bailey on September 26.
It comes after officers from the Metropolitan Police were called to Canal Way at 7.55pm on August 26 with reports of a stabbing at the carnival.

An 18-year-old was found stabbed at the scene, sustaining a number of injuries, including a serious wound to the stomach.
The stab victim was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable but critical condition.
