The building occupied by J Pettingall (estate agents) in the 1960s in Station Road, North Chingford, was originally an exhibition show home at Olympia in the 1930s.
The home was flat-packed and reassembled into its current position complete with a rockery garden.
Today the building is a beauty parlour.
