COLLEGE students celebrated different cultures at an event to celebrate diversity.
The students, at Leyton Sixth Form College, in Essex Road, contributed towards a variety of events including an art exhibition, awards ceremony and a multi-faith forum.
They sampled cuisine from around the world and took part in a performance entitled Diverse City, which featured a fashion show, dance, music, singing and rapping.
Musical styles in the performance included Albanian pop, R & B, blues, hip hop, dance, street and Bollywood.
A Leyton Sixth Form College spokesman said: “The show was a complete sell-out and all proceeds went to Children in Need.
“An enthusiastic audience helped to create a wonderful atmosphere. It was a real testimony to the dedication, organising skills and talents of the students and staff at Leyton Sixth Form College.”
