AN 85-year-old pensioner who stared at young boys while they used a urinal in St Paul’s Cathedral has been banned from using public toilets - unless he uses a closed cubicle.
Alexander Rossi, of St Barnabas Road, ogled a number of youngsters in the lavatories at the historic building - performing a sex act on himself as he watched one boy.
Rossi, who blamed his behaviour on prostate trouble, was found guilty of two counts of voyeurism and one of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
The pervert was given a 12-month community order and banned from using public lavatories unless he uses a closed cubicle.
He was ordered to undergo 12 months supervision and had his name was added to the sex offender's register for five years.
Rossi, who attended Soutwark Crown Court with his son, was also ordered to undergo 12 months supervision and his name was added to the sex offenders’ register for five years.
