A MAN will appear in court today (Tuesday January 27) charged with Burglary and the theft of a car from an address in Waltham Abbey.
22-year-old Lee Parsons, a motor Mechanic of no fixed address will appear before Magistrates in Harlow after he was arrested by police in Parkland, Waltham Abbey shortly before 3am this morning.
He is accused of breaking into a house at Caldbeck, Waltham Abbey on January 26 and taking a Mercedes without the owners consent.
He is also facing charges of driving a vehicle without insurance or a licence at crooked mile, Waltham Abbey on January 26.
Two other men aged 20 and 23 both from Waltham Cross who were arrested in connection with the burglary have been released on police bail and will return to Harlow police station on March 30.
