A TEENAGE girl was hit over the head with an umbrella and robbed of her mobile phone.

The girl, 13, was waiting for a bus in Higham Hill Road, Walthamstow on January 23 at about 5.20pm when three other girls crossed the road towards her.

They then grabbed her umbrella, hitting her on the back of the head, and snatched her phone, before crossing the road again and taking a W15 bus heading away from Billet Road.

The suspects are described as being black girls, aged between 13 and 14, with braided hair and wearing blue tops and grey skirts.
