A FORMER Waltham Forest councillor and solicitor has died suddenly at his home, aged 48.
Simon Tucker was a Labour councillor for Forest ward between 1998 and 2002 and was elected to the Royal Dock ward in Newham in May 2006.
He worked as a solicitor for Kennard Wells in Leytonstone until the time of his death on January 27 and was a member of the Law Society, Amnesty International and Shelter.
