AN Epping man has been fined £370 after breaching a Epping Forest District Council noise abatement notice.
Mr Richard Wilmot of Flacks Mews, Station Road, Epping, pleaded guilty to breaching the order after council officers heard loud music coming from his home at 1am on January 19.
This was in direct breach of an order he had received on December 4 after the council decided that loud music from the property was affecting other residents.
Mr Wilmot appeared before magistrates in Harlow on February 27, where he was ordered to pay a £370 fine and £155.86 to EFDC's prosecution costs.
