PARENTS and carers can attend an event to discuss the rights of children and young people.
The event, organised by Waltham Forest council, is designed to gather feedback to inform the authority's children and young people's plan.
The event, at Waltham Forest College, in Forest Road, Walthamstow, also includes a supper.
It will take place between 5pm and 9pm.
