A TEENAGER has died after being stabbed in the street.
He was found in Prospect Hill, Shernhall Street, Walthamstow, at about 11.30pm on Friday (March 13).
Police were called by the ambulance service after the teenager was found with multiple stab wounds.
He was pronounced dead before reaching hospital.
The victim has not been formally identified.
A post mortem will take place today. (Sunday)
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
Det Insp Phil Rickells said: "We would like to speak to anyone who may have seen an altercation take place on Shernhall Street prior to emergency services arriving."
