TWO boys suffered serious injuries when they were hit by a car near Roding Primary School.
The youngsters were knocked off a bike at about 5.20pm yesterday afternoon (Monday) in Gaynes Hill Road, Woodford Bridge - with one of them thought to have smashed through the car's windscreen.
Both boys were injured in the crash - with one suffering bleeding on the brain, broken ribs and a fractured jaw.
The most seriously injured child was taken by air ambulance to the Royal London Hospital while the other boy was taken to Whipps Cross University Hospital.
