A CASH reward is being offered to help catch thieves who stole £60,000 worth of high-grade copper cable from a rail depot.
Crimestoppers will pay £1,000 for information leading to the conviction of members of a gang who carried out the raid in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, at about 3am on Tuesday, November 25.
Police say the thieves are known to have been on the Abbeymead Industrial Estate, in Brooker Road, Waltham Abbey, two hours after the raid, at about 5am.
Det Insp Ciaran Dermody of British Transport Police's Organised Crime Team said it was a "very well planned and executed operation" by a "highly organised gang".
