One of the incorrectly-spelled signs
FREDERICK Bremer Secondary School is a seat of learning, but it appears that some council officials could do with a few spelling lessons.
Two signs (pictured above) inform motorists of the entrance location to a Frederick "Bremmer" school.
The actual name of the school is Frederick Bremer, named after the British engineer and inventor who built the first petrol-driven car in Britain.
The mistake was spotted by Guardian reader Keith Foster, of Farnan Avenue, Walthamstow.
