FEARLESS fundraisers earned £6,000 by taking to the skies for charity.
Twenty brave volunteers joined a sponsored 12,000ft tandem jump at Headcorn Parachute Club, Kent, in aid of Haven House Children's Hospice, High Road, Woodford Green .
Hayley Bridge, community fundraiser at the hospice, said everyone was in great spirits as they prepared to jump out of the plane.
She added: “A huge thank you and congratulations to everyone who took part, it was great to see so many people supporting Haven House and having a fantastic time whilst doing so.
"Everyone should be immensely proud of what they have achieved. Very well done!” Haven House’s very own Jackie Wright was among the brave participants. “This was the best thing I’ve ever done”, she said.
“Raising money for such a worthy cause made it a truly amazing experience. I can’t wait to do it again. It was wicked!”
Many friends and family came along for some much needed moral support and thoroughly enjoyed the day, several eager to sign up for the next jump on October 24.
