DRUGS and guns were seized in a police raid yesterday.
Six guns, ammunition, replica firearms, cash and drugs, believed to be classes C and B, were discovered in two homes.
One of the addresses was in Leyton High Road, which was cordoned off in both directions by police for several hours between Hainault Road and Abbotts Park Road.
The raid was part of an intelligence led operation by the Metropolitan Police's Trident northeast team, which specialises in tackling crime within the black community.
Three men are in custody in an East London police station.
