GO nuts and enjoy a rare treat to get a step closer to heaven by climbing the tower at St Mary's and Christchurch.
One of the best views in South Woodford will be open to the masses for the first time in two years, offering nosey neighbours the opportunity the get out their binoculars and survey everything from the Thames crossing to Crystal Palace and the North Downs.
The Food at Fun Day at the church in Wanstead Place, will also feature a coconut shy, bouncy castles and tea and cake on the lawn.
Events run from 11am to 3pm this Saturday with funds going towards replacing lead that has been stolen from the roof.
