A GANG of youths stole a scooter from a man making a food delivery.
The victim, a 23-year-old man, was making a delivery to Shernhall Street at about 8.15pm on May 12.
He was travelling along Church Hill Road and slowed down to give way to another vehicle when he spotted a group of about nine youths.
The victim was then approached by three of them, who pushed him and his scooter to the ground.
They then took the food and the scooter and made off towards Atlee Terrace.
A witness described seeing one of the suspects being chased by police through the graveyard at St Mary's Church.
Two of the suspects are described as black, aged about 16 and wearing black trousers and jumpers.
The third suspect, who picked up the victim's scooter, is described as wearing dark clothing and a green scarf covering his face.
