THREE men and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder in relation to a mass brawl.
The four suspects, two men aged 49, one aged 40 and a woman aged 37 all from the east London area, have been arrested following the disturbances at Loughton Football Academy New Year’s Eve party last year.
More than 600 people had to be dispersed, at the Langston Road venue, after fighting broke out at its Summer of Love party on December, 31 2008.
Weapons were produced during the incident, one man was shot and a bouncer was repeatedly stabbed, losing the sight in one eye.
Three suspects originally arrested on suspicion of attempted murder have since been released without charge.
A Crimewatch appeal was made last month, and police released CCTV footage of suspects.
Three of the newly arrested suspects have been released on bail until June 25. One of the 49-year-olds has been released on bail until July 23.
