HOUSE prices rose slightly across Redbridge last month, but the borough was still the fifth worst performing in the capital.
According to the latest figures released today from price tracking website Rightmove.co.uk, the average asking price of properities in Redbridge have risen by 0.6 per cent over the last month.
However, every London borough - with the exception of Kensington and Chelsea - also saw a rise, with most faring far better than Redbridge.
In comparison, neighbouring borough Waltham Forest saw an increase of 3.6 per cent in the same time period.
The average price in the borough over the past four weeks was £288,375 according to the Rightmove.co.uk report.
The report also said that prices in Redbridge are 8.7 per cent down on last year.
