A BURGLAR has been handed a four-year jail term after breaking into a Chingford man's house.
Husyin Yavuz, 29, of Lea Bridge Road, Leyton, admitted to the break-in, which took place on January 27, and was sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court on May 7.
The victim, a 64-year-old man, arrived at his home in New Road, Chingford to discover his front door ajar and the glass smashed.
Yavuz stole a bottle of alcohol, a computer and a Nintendo games console and was caught after his fingerprints were found at the property.
