'Trimalchio' performing at last year's VAStonbury in Walthamstow
A FESTIVAL for local musicians is being held again following last year’s success.
This year sees the return of VAStonbury, designed to promote local musicians and the Village Acoustic Session (VAS), which is held on the first Sunday of every month.
A variety of musical genres will be performed by solo singers or bands. Musicians are invited to sign up for a 20 minute slot in advance.
The event is on Sunday (May 24) from 4pm until 11pm at the Queens Arms pub, Orford road, Walthamstow.
It is free for both musicians and supporters, with normal price drinks.
