ONGAR: Breast is best for new mothers
A BREAST feeding support group celebrated it's first birthday with a party.
Bosom Buddies who meet at the Ongar Clinic on Fyfield Road got together during National Breastfeeding week to mark the anniversary.
Run by senior health visitor Marie Lewis, the support group offers advice to new mothers breast feeding their children.
The team also held a breast feeding promotion stall at the Sainsbury supermarket in Ongar to raise public awareness of the benefits of breast feeding.
