HUNDREDS of mourners said farewell to Kenneth Ibrahim, who died in a motorcycle accident in Thailand.
The 27-year-old, known as "Kenny", died instantly after a truck collided with his motorcycle while away attending a month-long Thai boxing boot camp, leaving his devastated parents Tina and Ken, and his younger brother Dean.
A horse-drawn carriage, decorated with flowers in the shape of the crest of Kenny's beloved Tottenham Hotspur, left the Ibrahims' house, in New Road, Chingford, and made the journey to the City of London crematorium, in Wanstead, yesterday.
The ceremony began with a playing of the Bob Marley hit One Love, and ended with Spurs' 1981 FA Cup Final song Ossie's Dream, by Chas and Dave.
Dean Ibrahim said: "Kenny would have been really proud of this send-off. We would like to thank everyone for coming to show their support.
"It had to be Ossie's Dream, we used to listen to that song when we were kids."
Kenny, a keen sportsman and described by his family as a "globetrotter" grew up in Chingford and attended Larkswood Primary School and Highams Park school, before becoming a heating engineer.
He had been planning to start his own business upon his return to the UK.
