MP Lee Scott has bared all to the Guardian in the wake of more shocking parliamentary expenses revelations.
The Conservative member for Ilford North is outraged at the claims of some of his colleagues and wants to prove that not all in the House of Commons are 'on the take' by making all his receipts public.
He said: "I've always said that I would be open and above board and that there were certain things that I would not claim for and I've stuck to that.
"I have received a letter from the Speaker's office telling me not to do this but I am determined to be transparent.
"I'm not doing this to get brownie points but think that anyone who has personally profited from taxpayer money should have to pay that back to the taxpayer."
Mr Scott does not keep a second home despite being eligible for one and included in the Daily Telegraph's 'saints' list.
Last year he claimed £120,079 for other costs such as travel, office and staffing which ranks him at 600 out of 645 MPs.
