JACK Tweed has been released from prison after serving half of a 12-week sentence for assaulting a taxi driver.
Tweed, whose celebrity wife Jade Goody died of cancer in March, was found guilty of the attack on Stephen Wilkins after a night out in Epping in May last year.
He left Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk shortly after 10am today and was seen a couple of hours later leaving his mother's home in Roebuck Lane, Buckhurst Hill.
