THE Walthamstow-based London Community Gospel Choir performed at Wembley Stadium before Saturday's FA Cup final.
The choir, whose headquarters are Brookdale House in Brookdale Road, gave a rousing a cappella rendition of the FA Cup anthem Abide With Me before an audience of millions.
Chelsea lifted the cup after beating Everton 2-1.
The world-renowned concert choir, the first of its kind in Britain, was formed in 1982 by Revd. Bazil Meade, with the help of Lawrence Johnson, Delroy Powell and John Francis.
