A Man will appear in court tomorrow, (Monday, June 1) after police found 150 suspected cannabis plants at an address in Waltham Abbey.
Officers were alerted after spotting a white van "acting suspiciously" at 2:20pm on Friday(May 29) and smelt a strong cannabis smell.
After searching the van they entered a house in Poplar Shaw and found two bedrooms full of plants.
They arrested two men and one has been charged with with producing cannabis.
Cuong Le Van, 30, of Poplar Shaw, will appear before magistrates in Harlow tomorrow.
The second man aged 43 and from Enfield, east London, has been released on police bail pending further enquires on August 19.
