DANNY Gabbidon admitted he is more worried about what a West Ham team-mate will say in a wedding speech than getting married today.

The Welshman has chosen Hammers defender James Collins to be his best man at his wedding this afternoon (Saturday).

He is returning the favour after he was the 26-year-old's best man at his wedding.

Gabbidon, who has been friends with Collins since they both played at Cardiff City, admitted he is more concerned about what Collins might say in his speech than tying the knot.

He said: "I'm not nervous at the moment but it's getting close so there are a few butterflies coming.I think I will be just before but at the moment I'm pretty cool.

"James is going to be my best man. I thought I'd get him back because he got married last year and I was his best man.

"I told him in my speech that I'd get revenge on him the year after so I thought it was a good time to do it.

"My speech was pretty conservative. There are a few things I could have used but I dearn't because he would have probably ended up getting divorced before he was even married, so I kept it quite civil!Hopefully he'll do the same for me.

"He has got a couple of things. My brother is best man as well so I think they've been talking and swapping ideas so I think I might be in for a bit of trouble! Hopefully he won't have too many drinks and it'll all go smoothly."
