FREE-WHEELING youngsters got on their bikes and went for a spin at their nursery's annual charity cycle ride.
More than 80 toddlers at Trinity Hall Kindergarten took part in the event, which saw hundreds of pounds raised for children's charity the NSPCC.
The kids, aged from two to five years old, did laps of a special course on a field behind the Holy Trinity Church in Hermon Hill, South Woodford, last Tuesday afternoon.
Nursery owner, Maureen Cassidy, said: "It was a great day and the children enjoyed it very much.
"We made a circuit with a lollipop for the start and the children loved racing around the course - but it was all done very safely of course. They were very excited about it.
"All the children received a certificate and a medal afterwards which they all liked."
The money raised for the event, based on sponsorship of the children, is still being counted, but Ms Cassidy said she thought the final total would run into the hundreds.
