KEEN gardeners helped cut back hedges and remove weeds from a garden belonging to a disabled lady.
The Volunteers from Mow and Grow took their tools to Epping to help the woman who was unable to carry out her own gardening.
The team, who are part of Voluntary Action Epping Forest, regularly help maintain the gardens of those who are physically unable to do it themselves.
Learning Disability Volunteer Coordinator Sally Panrucker said: "All the gardeners, volunteers and learning disability supported volunteering group all joined forces to tackle this overgrown garden of an Epping Resident.
"We had a team of about 20 volunteers who all made a significant difference to this ladies life."
The group is still looking for more people to take part in the project.
