GRIEF-stricken England football star Jermain Defoe helped carry his murdered half-brother Jade's coffin at his funeral.
The Tottenham striker acted as pallbearer alongside other members of his family during the ceremony at St Anthony’s RC Church in Forest Gate.
Hundreds of mourners joined the 26 year-old striker at the funeral to bid farewell to Jade who was beaten to death in Leytonstone in April.
The 26 year-old rapper's body was buried at the City of London Cemetery in Aldersbrook and a wake was then held at Leyton Orient Football Club.
Christopher Farley, 33, of Kingswood Road, Leytonstone, has been charged with Jade’s murder.
