Essex Police are asking four young people in their 20's who were seen enjoying a picnic close to the scene of a crash to come forward as witnesses.
The appeal comes after a collision between a scrambler bike and a Silver Nissan Micra in Westall Road, Loughton on Wednesday June 17 between 1-2pm.
They are asking a group of young people seen eating their lunch on a grass area nearby to come forward as they may have witnessed the collision.
The 18 year old bike rider from Loughton received bruises and scrapes after coming off his bike.
The potential eyewitness are asked to get in touch as they may have vital information which could help with the investigation.
