Music fans are invited to a charity gig next saturday (July 18) which will raise cash for a group dedicated to improving the lives of disabled people.
The Concert at the Ongar Reformed Church in the High Street will star Davenant Community Choir and jazz group ‘Blue Heat’.
All funds raised from the evening will go to the Ongar Club for the Disabled, who provide support, social get-togethers and outings for disabled people.
A previous concert in October raised £500, and organisers are hoping to beat that this year.
Doors open at 7:30pm, tickets cost £5 and can be purchased by calling 01277 363927 or 01277 363865.
