WALTHAM Forest College is giving young people aged between 16 and 19 a second chance to experience student life.
Potential students who thought it was too late to sign up or had decided further education was not for them can now enrol on courses at the college later in the year.
The Kickstart courses run for 20 weeks and are for those who were unable to enrol in September.
There are a large number of courses available including catering, hairdressing, fashion, IT, numeracy and literacy. Students will gain a national qualification at the end of the course and will be given the opportunity to progress to higher levels.
Curriculum manager Melanie Boraster said: "After last year's success, we are hoping to attract more learners who have slipped through the net for some reason or another and put them back on to an educational pathway."
