POSTAL workers have begun a three-day strike in a row over jobs and wages.
An estimated 12,000 members of the Communication Workers Union (CWU) will walk out today with the protest due to continue on Monday and Tuesday.
The union accused Royal Mail of backtracking on a national agreement not to cut jobs and pay.
Royal Mail insists the union stands in the way of modernisation.
