THIS year's Woodford Festival is on course to feature more than 100 events, organisers have claimed.
The announcement comes as more details about the nine day series of music, arts, performances and activities have been released.
Organiser Ron Wortley-Millek said more than 60 events had already been confirmed, but that the final total would be much higher.
New venues which will take part include Woodford Prep School, the Woodford Memorial Hall, the Woodford Liberal Synagogue, South Woodford's Holy Trinity Church, Packfords Hotel and the Growing Kids Allotment.
Added events include a one-day folk day at the Redbridge Drama Centre in South Woodford and an arts trail.
The festival, which is now in its second year, will be held between Saturday October 3 and Sunday October 11.
