VISITORS to Lee Valley Regional Park can now text their opinions about how the popular tourist attraction can be improved.
The Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (LVRPA) has set up a new text message system to allow customers to leave feedback more easily.
Daniel Buck, LVRPA senior development manager, said: “Customer feedback is vitally important in ensuring the Authority is offering the highest level of service our customers expect.
“This new SMS service is an addition to the current channels customers can provide feedback to the authority.”
To use the facility, type the word 'VALLEY', followed by your message and send to 60777.
