FAMILY members have been released by police after a post mortem on a man discovered with a knife in his stomach.
Police were called to Mighill Avenue, Ilford, at 6.45am in Friday (July 24), where they found a Bulgarian male collapsed with a knife sticking out of his body.
He was pronounced dead at a local hospital and one male and one female member of his family were questioned at police stations in Barking and Romford.
They pair were however released after a post-mortem examination indicated that the wounds were self inflicted.
The identity of the man has not yet been released by police.
