A MAN has been arrested after a woman was threatened with a knife outside a Redbridge train station.
After arriving at Chadwell Heath station at around 1.20am on Thursday, July 23, the woman was approached by a man who produced a knife and attempted to assault her as she walked across the car park.
She managed to escape and a passer-by phoned the police.
Police have revealed today that a man in his 20s has been arrested.
